The Ninni winery is located in the district of the municipality of Spoleto, within the DOC zone of the Trebbiano Spoletino and the Monti Martani at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The predominantly clayey soil with marl substrates, so rich in minerals, the entirely sunny vineyard for the whole day and the slight breeze always present, favor the ripening of the grapes correctly. The Ninni winery has young roots but rooted in the territory, it comes out on the market with the first product in 2012 after 5 years of experience dedicated exclusively to the production of wine for self-consumption to drink in the company of friends. The soil of the vineyard is completely grassed naturally, no weed killing is carried out at the base of the, it is never fertilized and the vine is only helped during the vegetative phase with natural products based on seaweed extract, besides all the treatments in the vineyard are exempt from the use of pesticide systemic products, only products permitted in organic farming are strictly used.
