Pasta made from durum wheat grown directly on the farm. The only ingredients used are semolina and water. Circular bronze dies are used for Curve, and drying takes place at min. 36°C and max 46°C for 36 hours. They are obtained only from the section of spaghetti resting on the barrel during drying. They are 35 mm long and 2.2 mm in diameter. The cooking time is 9-11 minutes.
