Pasta made from durum wheat grown directly on the farm. The only ingredients used are semolina and water. Circular bronze dies are used for Tubetti, and drying takes place at min. 36°C and max. 55°C for 22 hours. They are 7 mm long and 10.2 mm in diameter. The cooking time is 7-9 minutes.
