Good drinks, great food, and a commitment to quality are the secret ingredients of Giuseppe's life and profession. Born and raised in Rome, he has lived in various Italian cities for study and work. He now resides in Umbria, where he focuses on hospitality and catering. Giuseppe personally selects the gastronomic and oenological offerings and carefully pairs wines with his dishes, which he both creates and revisits. Umbria, a verdant region where the relationship between nature and humanity is unbalanced in favor of the former and the connection with origins remains strong, proves to be the perfect habitat for Giuseppe and his passions.
A life of experiences
Giuseppe inherited a religious respect for the value of the supply chain from his family's agricultural properties. This respect was instilled in him from a young age and was further developed through his studies and work. His family traditions, passed down through generations, also contributed to his background. After studying Agriculture, which still bears fruit today in his own production of extra virgin olive oil, his life experience has increasingly focused on the culture of wine and food. He carefully chooses and selects them based on their quality and origin.
