This Bourgogne Aligoté has a bright, light yellow color and intense aromas of pear and candied lemon, accompanied by notes of brioche bread. The fruity attack is followed by a pleasant palate with a harmonious balance between minerality marked by smoky notes and some fat, leading to a silky finish. The wine was aged for 16 months in 450-liter French oak barrels toasted at low temperatures to give a subtle and delicate touch of oak.
