In its early stages, the wine displays golden-yellow hues, which deepen into intense golden tones after a few years of maturation. Manna's unique characteristics are showcased in its complex and layered bouquet, featuring hints of elderberries, pistachios, and rose petals. The wine impresses with its concentration and complexity, while maintaining a soft elegance and mineral structure. Manna is a versatile wine. Its flavor profile varies due to the different grape varieties used, with the high percentage of Riesling helping to preserve its quality over time.

The grapes are harvested and processed separately based on their ripening periods. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are fermented in barriques, while Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Kerner are fermented in steel tanks. After the fermentations are complete, the young wines are blended to promote the combination and harmonization of the different aromatic components. The wine is then aged on fine lees for approximately ten months before being bottled and further aged for a few months.
