Pasta made with durum wheat grown directly by the company. The only ingredients used are semolina and water. Circular bronze dies are used for Paccheri, and drying takes place at min. 36°C and max. 55°C for 23 hours. They have a diameter of 30 mm and are 50 mm long. The cooking time is 12-14 minutes.
