Pasta made from durum wheat grown directly on the farm. The only ingredients used are semolina and water. The dies are circular bronze and the Maccheroni are dried at min. 36°C and max. 55°C for 22 hours. They have a diameter of 10.2 mm and are 40 mm long. The cooking time is 7 to 9 minutes.
