Description
It's a sparkling golden yellow color. On the palate, it's robust and soft at the same time, showing a beautiful and intense richness. It's fresh with characteristic perlage and a mineral, spirited spirit. Like any fine bubbly, this label displays brio, flavors, and aromas ideal for toasting, but also for enhancing the quality of paired dishes. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel. Vinification is carried out with the use of malolactic fermentation. The wine has to spend at least 60 months on the lees and at least 6 months resting after the process of removing the wine from the bottle (dégorgement).
