This Chardonnay has a beautiful golden color and develops aromas of fresh white fruit, citrus, yellow plums, apples, cloves, hazelnuts, and fresh herbs, with some toasty notes. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth with a balanced fruity palate and acidity that results in a long, fresh finish with notes of citrus and rock minerality.The winemaker used long toasted French oak barrels at low temperatures to give a subtle and delicate touch of oak to the wine.
