The wine has a lovely ruby colour with garnet highlights. It has elegant floral aromas of violet and dried flowers, with hints of medicinal and balsamic herbs, licorice root, and aromas of red currant, raspberry, and morello cherry. The palate is medium-bodied, with a fine tannic texture, fragrant and finely faceted aromas, leading to a very harmonious, fresh, savoury and persistent finish.
