Description
Vineyards are 40 years old on average and grow with the traditional Veronese Pergola system. The grapes are carefully hand selected and then placed into the traditional wooden plateaux where they are left to rest for 120 dayswith consequent drying and concentration of all the elements. Refinement takes place in French oak tonneaux for30 months and further 8 months in the bottle. Intense garnet-red. Perfume of ripe fruits with a hint of small red berries blending into each other in a sweet vanilla- flavoured note, lightly spicy with nutmeg. Full bodied and warm on thepalate, soft and perfectly balanced.
