Description

Blanc de Noirs is a white Crémant made from Alsace's only red grape variety, Pinot Noir. A special winemaking process produces a cuvée with powerful, fruity aromas. Very fine bubbles, golden yellow color with amber highlights, fine and persistent mousse. The bouquet, typical of Pinot Noir is powerful with notes of yellow fruit and dried fruit. On the palate, the bubbles are fine, and aromas of dried fruit and yellow fruit are appreciated.
