Description

The aperitif with Aperol has been an Italian tradition par excellence since 1919. A ritual that invites us to slow down, unplug and indulge in relaxing moments with friends while enjoying a fresh-tasting drink that remains true to its original secret recipe. Slightly alcoholic, orange-flavored, with complex hints of herbs sweetened by a touch of vanilla. Deep orange on the surface, with notes of herbs and wood that are pleasantly bittersweet and salty. Velvety, round texture with a lingering aftertaste and sweet-savory notes, typical of herbs.
DOSES ORIGINAL SPRITZ:
3 oz of Prosecco D.O.C
2 oz of Aperol
1 oz of soda
1 Slice of Orange
Fill the glass with ice
Pour in 3 parts Prosecco D.O.C. (9cl)
Add 2 parts Aperol (6cl)
Top with 1 part soda (3cl)
Garnish with a slice of orange
