Pinot Grigio has a straw yellow color and an aromatic bouquet of acacia flowers, sage, hay, almonds, and sandalwood. With adequate time in the bottle, it develops aromas of linden blossom and honey. On the palate, the wine is fresh, elegant, and refined. It is best enjoyed after three to four months of bottle aging.
