From 100% Glera grapes this Prosecco has a fine and persistent effervescence. To the eye the color is a pale straw yellow. Intense aroma, the nose is fine, frank in the recognitions of vegetal notes and fresh pear with the characteristic harmonicity turned towards notes of bread cookie. Balanced, aromatic and ripe palate, it opens in the mouth with sweet and dry, dry and light notes. It has a balanced freshness and pleasant bitter notes that remain long in the flavor with persistent and articulate return in the aromas. Excellent aperitif suitable for all meeting and party occasions. Sparkling wine made with Martinotti Method (autoclave). Stays on the lees for more than 2 months
