Situated at the foot of the Maritime Alps, but in a completely mountainous area, at an altitude ranging from 600 to 1500 metres are the lands of the Azienda Agricola Beppino Occelli: meadows, fields, woods, and stalls which, protected by the impending mountains, makes it possible to directly rear alpine-breed goats, sheep and cows.
The small artisan cheese laboratory is located in Langa, close to the historic centre of Farigliano. It is here, in an almost family-sized environment, that the most renowned “jewels” of Beppino Occelli‘s collection are created.
