The passion for fine food and drinking
and the constant quality path that leads to the excellence of the product are the secret ingredients of Giuseppe’s life and profession. Born and raised in Roma, after having spent time studying and working in various Italian cities, he decided to settle in Umbria and devote himself to hospitality, taking care personally of the gastronomic and oenological selection of the Fattoria di Vibio Spa and Resort that he created and currently runs. Umbria, the green region where the relationship between man and nature is perfectly unbalanced in favour of the latter, turns out to be the ideal habitat for Giuseppe and his passions.
Giuseppe inherits his passion for this field from a long history of cultivation and breeding
which he has experienced since he was very young, managing his family’s agricultural holdings. After his agrarian studies, that he stills benefits from in the cultivation of his own extra-virgin olive oil, his life experiences tend to focus more and more towards wine and food culture, which need to be chosen, carefully selected according to criteria of quality and terroir.
The charm of this richness
has driven Giuseppe to sharpen his own research tools and instruments, and so to become an authentic gourmet. Thanks to this long experience, he now provides the clients of Fine Italian Food & Wine with a selected range of exclusive products, as an invitation to travel and discover Italy from other perspectives: taste, wine vocation and awareness towards the originality of flavours and food.
