Ingredients for 4 people
600 gr Minced Meats Veal and Pork
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Beaten Eggs
Breadcrumbs with Milk
Truffle sauce
Parmesan
Parsley
Flour
Extra Vergin Olive Oil
Butter
White Wine
Broth
Milk Cream
Fresh Black Truffle Grated
Milk Cream
Black Fresh Truffle
Procedure
Flavor the meat with salt and pepper, add the eggs, the Parmesan, the breadcrumbs, the truffle sauce and the parsley. Knead the mixture.
Create meatballs and flour it.
In a skillet heated the olive oil and the butter, add the meatballs cook for few minutes and blend with white wine.
Add other grated truffle, the broth and the milk cream.
Then serve and grate the fresh truffle over.
