Ingredients for 2 people
300 gr Fregnacce
Extra Vergin Olive Oil
1 or 2 Sausages
White Wine
Truffle Grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
Milk Cream
Black Fresh Truffle
Procedure
In a skillet heated the olive oil, add the sausage cook for around 2 minutes and blend with white wine.
To the sausage add the grated truffle and milk cream.
Cook around 3 minutes the fresh Fregnacce in a salted boiling water.
In a skillet with the sauce add the cooked fregnacce and toss to combine.
Then serve and grate the fresh truffle over.
