Ingredients for 2 people
200 gr Spaghetti
Extra Vergin Olive Oil
1 Egg and 1 Yolk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Milk and Parmesan
Black Fresh Truffle
Cook around 10 minutes the spaghetti in a salted boiling water.
While the spaghetti cooks, in a skillet heated the olive oil, add the bacon cook for around 30 seconds and blend with white wine.
During the bacon cook, in a bowl beat the eggs with salt, pepper, milk and Parmesan and leave aside.
In the skillet with bacon add cooked spaghetti and toss to combine. Remove from heat, add beaten eggs and mix.
Then serve and grate the fresh truffle over.
