VEGAN AND TRADITIONAL RECIPE: SPAGHETTI MEDITERRANEA WITH TOMATO, CAPERS AND OLIVES

capers-olivesIngredients for 2 people

200 gr Spaghetti
Extra Vergin Olive Oil
Garlic
Salt and Chili to taste
Black Ligurian Olives
Capers
Parsley and basil
Peeled “Pizzutelli” Tomatoes

Procedure

Cook around 10 minutes the spaghetti in a salted boiling water.
While the spaghetti cooks, in a skillet heated the olive oil, add the garlic, the chili and cook for around 30 seconds.
When the oil is hot, add the olives and the capers coarsely cut. Leave for few minutes, then put in the skillet the tomato, salt to taste.

Finally add the minced parsley and remove the garlic. In the sauce add cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.

Then serve and garnish with parsley and a basil leaf.
