Ingredients for 2 people
400 gr Veal Escalope
Extra Vergin Olive Oil
Butter
Flour
Salt to taste
White Wine
Broth
Truffle sauce
Black Fresh Truffle
Procedure
In a skillet heated the olive oil and the butter, add the floured veal, salt to taste and cook for few minutes.
Blend with white wine and the broth. Then add the truffle sauce and leave for 2 minutes.
Then serve and grate the fresh truffle over.
