2 Eggs
Salt to taste
1 Spoon Black Truffle Grated
Fresh Truffle
Procedure
In a skillet heated the olive oil, add grated black truffle and cook for around 30 seconds.
In the sauce add the eggs, salt to taste and cook for few minutes.
Then serve and grate the fresh truffle over.
