Ingredients for 2 people
2 Extra Vergin Olive Oil spoons
A pat of Butter
30 gr of Black Truffle Grated
20 gr of Fresh Truffle
300 gr of Tagliatelle home made
Procedure
In a skillet heated the olive oil, add grated black truffle and cook for around 30 seconds.
Cook around 2-3 minutes the tagliatelle in a salted boiling water.
In the sauce add the butter and cooked tagliatelle and toss to combine.
Then serve and grate the fresh truffle over the pasta.
